Tele‑Caller – BPO Process

Job description
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Tele‑Caller to join our BPO voice process in Ambattur, Chennai. This is a full‑time, office‑based role for candidates who enjoy speaking to customers and achieving daily call targets. If you have strong communication skills and love working in a team, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and explain products or services as per campaign
• Handle basic inbound queries and transfer calls to the right department when required
• Maintain call logs, note customer feedback, and update CRM regularly
• Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, talk‑time, and conversions
• Follow calling scripts and quality guidelines given by the team leader

Who Can Apply Tele‑Calling jobs in Ambattur?

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of BPO/tele‑calling experience
• 12th pass or graduates from any stream
• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English; Hindi is an added advantage
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced call‑center environment
