We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Hindi voice process in Ambattur. This role suits candidates who can handle customer queries politely and solve problems over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend inbound calls from North and Central India customers in Hindi
  • Provide information, register complaints, and give resolution within defined timelines
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior team as per process
  • Maintain accurate call records and follow quality standards
  • Achieve daily talk‑time and customer satisfaction targets
