We are looking for a Customer Care Executive for a manufacturing company in Ambattur Industrial Estate. The role focuses on handling dealer and customer calls related to orders and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive calls from distributors and customers regarding product availability and order status
- Coordinate with stores and production teams for dispatch and delivery information
- Log complaints related to product quality or service and track resolution
- Prepare simple reports on orders, pending issues, and feedback
- Maintain professional communication with dealers and partners
Who Can Apply Customer Care jobs in Ambattur?
- 0–3 years’ experience in customer support/inside sales
- 12th pass or graduate; basic Excel knowledge mandatory
- Good communication in Tamil and workable English
