We are hiring Customer Support Associates to manage e‑commerce order queries from our Ambattur office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls, chats, and emails regarding orders, returns, and refunds
  • Check order details in the system and provide real‑time updates
  • Raise tickets for logistics or warehouse issues and follow them to closure
  • Maintain high quality in communication and documentation
  • Meet productivity and customer satisfaction metrics

Who Can Apply E‑commerce support jobs in Ambattur?

  • 0–2 years’ BPO or e‑commerce support experience
  • 12th pass or graduate
  • Good communication in English and Tamil
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts during sale events
