We are hiring L1 Technical Support Executives for a product support desk in Ambattur.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and tickets from users facing basic technical issues
  • Troubleshoot first‑level problems using predefined scripts
  • Log all incidents in ticketing tool with proper categorization
  • Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams
  • Meet SLA targets for response and resolution
