We are hiring AR Callers for a US healthcare process based in Ambattur. This role is suitable for candidates who want to work in international voice processes and learn medical billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call US insurance companies to follow up on medical claims
- Identify reasons for denials or delays and take corrective actions
- Document call notes and update claim status accurately
- Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks
- Work in coordination with team leads and quality analysts
Who Can Apply AR Caller jobs in Ambattur?
- 0–2 years’ experience in international voice/AR calling preferred; freshers with good English may apply
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good verbal English and willingness to work night shifts
- Basic understanding of computers and MS Office
Salary & Perks:
- ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month depending on experience
