We are hiring a Business Development Executive for a staffing and recruitment firm based in Ambattur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads from local companies, industries, and HR managers
- Call and meet prospects to offer staffing and recruiting solutions
- Prepare proposals and rate cards with help of senior team
- Maintain CRM with prospect and client details
- Achieve monthly business acquisition and revenue targets
Who Can Apply BD jobs in Ambattur?
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales, recruitment, or HR services
- Graduate; MBA in HR/Marketing is a plus
- Good communication in English and Tamil and strong presentation skills
