We are hiring L1 Technical Support Executives for a product support desk in Ambattur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and tickets from users facing basic technical issues
- Troubleshoot first‑level problems using predefined scripts
- Log all incidents in ticketing tool with proper categorization
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams
- Meet SLA targets for response and resolution
