We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Tele‑Caller to join our BPO voice process in Ambattur, Chennai. This is a full‑time, office‑based role for candidates who enjoy speaking to customers and achieving daily call targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and explain products or services as per campaign
- Handle basic inbound queries and transfer calls to the right department when required
- Maintain call logs, note customer feedback, and update CRM regularly
- Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, talk‑time, and conversions
- Follow calling scripts and quality guidelines given by the team leader
Who Can Apply Tele‑Calling jobs in Ambattur?
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of BPO/tele‑calling experience
- 12th pass or graduates from any stream
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English; Hindi is an added advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced call‑center environment
