We are looking for a Tele‑Caller to handle appointment confirmations and lead conversion for a wellness clinic in Ambattur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call enquiry leads from ads and social media
- Explain clinic services, packages, and offers
- Fix appointments with doctors/consultants and confirm visit timings
- Maintain enquiry sheet and follow up on missed appointments
- Provide basic service information and greet customers on phone politely
Who Can Apply Clinic tele‑calling jobs in Ambattur?
- Freshers or up to 2 years’ tele‑calling/front‑desk experience
